Recipes come from our traditional family recipes, but also from Vladimíra Jakoubě´s book "From Grandma's Garden to the Grandfather's Cellar" (original "Z babiččiny zahrádky do dědova sklípku"), whose release we sponsored. If you are interested in the book, it is available at the Kittel Museum.
