Ice raspberry-lemon cubes with mint
This recipe has gone through the rating and certification program Vím, co piju (I know what I drink). It is approved by dietologist PhDr. Karolína Hlavatá, Ph.D. z Vím, co jím (I know what I'm doing).
Ingredients:
- Raspberry Syrup Kitl (60 ml)
- Lemon juice (30 ml)
- Water (1000 ml)
- Fresh raspberries (about 20 pcs)
- Fresh mint leaves (about 3 pcs)
Procedure:
- First, make a mixture of Raspberry Kitl Syrup (2 parts) and lemon juice (1 part), pour into the ice-cube maker and let it freeze.
- Add the lemon ice-cubes prepared this way to chilled tea, chilled water or into a mug to create a great refreshing home-made lemonade.
- At the end, you can decorate this lemonade with fresh mint and raspberries.
