Lime and Kitl Mint syrup cake

Lime and Kitl Mint syrup cake

(Servings for 6.)


  • 1 pack of butter biscuits 
  • 70 g melted butter, 
  • 1 of sweetened condensed milk
  • 20 ml lime juice 
  • 100 ml of Kitl Syrup (Mint)
  • 2x150ml of cream 
  • zest of one lime 
  • vanilla aroma or vanilla sugar 

Step1: crush butter cookies with roller or in a blender and mix together with melted butter into a coherent mass. Bake at 180 ° C for 7-8 minutes, until the base is lightly browned. 
Step 2: Leave to cool. Mix sweetened condensed milk, whipped cream, Kitl Mint Syrup, lime juice and vanilla aroma or vanilla sugar.
Step 3: Pour cooled down on to the batter base. Garnish with lime zest. Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
