Refreshing elderflower dessert Kitl

• Whipping cream
• Kitl Elderflower Syrob
• Vanilla ice-cream
• Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
• Fresh mint

Procedure:

1. Whisk whipping cream into a whipped cream. Add the elderflower syrup and mix it gently.
2. Put vanilla ice-cream in the wide serving glass on the bottom.
3. Then add fresh berries and whipped cream.
4. Dessert is decorated with fresh mint and a few pieces of fruit.
