Kitl Elderflower syrup 5 l

Excellent dense syrup from hand-picked fresh elderberry flowers. The flowers are grown in organic quality. It is rich in aromatic and health benefits. It is great for preparing refreshing home-made drinks. Filled with hot water and decorated with a piece of apple and cloves, you can enjoy it as a great hot drink.

In order to ensure the quality of the flowers, we have established our own set of cultivated varieties in cooperation with the Research and Breeding Institute in Czech republic. We use fresh flowers that we process cold.

We keep our orchard in organic regime in order not to get the chemicals used to treat conventional plants into the final syrup.

Our recipe for the elderflower syrup production is similar to the one, which was used for generations by mums and grandmothers to produce their home-made syrups.

Ingredients: sugar, water-based black macerate from organic farming (Sambucus nigra L., 10%), elderflower extract, vitamin C, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Dosage: For the preparation of home-made drinks, do the best with 1:10 quality water, for the preparation of hot drinks in a ratio of 1:8.

Store in cool and dark. Herbal extracts can sediment, any turbidity or foam is not a defect and underline the natural nature of the product. Shake before using. Once opened, keep it cool and consume within 30 days. Packaged in a nitrogen atmosphere.

Information for diabetics: The product is available in limited quantities and, after consultation with a physician, can be used in diabetics of the first and second type but must be counted in daily energy intake.

The product contains in 100 ml: energy value 1479 kJ / 348 kcal, fats < 0.5 g, of which saturated fatty acids < 0.1 g, carbohydrates 87 g, of which sugars 87 g, protein < 0.5 g, salt < 0.01 g, vitamin (ascorbic acid) 20 mg (25 %*).
